OUR PROGRAMS








The Coaching System helps you grow as both a fighter and a mentor, building your boxing foundation while learning to guide and teach. Through exams, seminars, and workshops, you begin your coaching journey alongside your training.
Level I – Cool Down Assistant:
Assist with warm-ups and stretching.
Requirements: 30 sparring rounds, 3 exams,
3 seminars, 3 workshops, 150 assists, 1+ year training.
Level II – Full Assistant:
Support the full class and guide teammates.
Requirements: 90 sparring rounds, 3 exams,
3 seminars, 3 workshops, 150 assists, 2+ years training.
Level III – Coach in Training:
Lead group sessions and one-on-one classes.
Requirements: 180 sparring rounds, 3 exams, 3 seminars, 3 workshops, 3+ years training.
The Boxers Program is an additional training plan for students who want to prepare for competition. It complements your Base Membership with a structured 10-hour weekly training schedule designed to build strength, endurance, and boxing performance.
