By joining TS Boxing Club, purchasing a membership or attending a class, you agree to the following conditions.
Membership fees must be paid in advance.
Members paying by direct debit will be charged according to their selected payment schedule.
Members who choose not to use direct debit may pay in cash; however, cash membership payments are accepted monthly only and must be paid in advance.
Casual classes, Intro Classes and private sessions must be paid for before the class begins.
If a membership payment is overdue, access to classes and gym facilities may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or by email at least three weeks in advance.
Payments will continue during the three-week notice period.
Cancellations cannot be backdated. The notice period begins on the date TS Boxing Club receives the written request.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before the membership is closed.
Hold requests must be submitted in writing at least seven days before the requested start date.
Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of two months at a time and up to two times per calendar year.
Membership holds cannot be backdated or applied to a period that has already passed.
Any outstanding balance must be paid before a membership can be placed on hold.
An immediate hold or cancellation may be requested in the event of a serious injury or illness.
A valid medical certificate must be provided. It must explain the relevant medical condition and confirm that the member is unable to participate in training.
Existing members do not need to book regular group classes and may simply attend according to the current timetable.
Only new participants must book their first Free Trial or Intro Class before attending.
Class timetables and coaches may change when necessary.
Participants arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be allowed to join the class for safety reasons.
Missed group classes are non-refundable.
Private sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Otherwise, the session will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Boxing, kickboxing, weightlifting, calisthenics and other forms of physical training involve a risk of injury.
Participants must inform their coach of any injury, previous head injury, pregnancy, medical condition or other concern that may affect their ability to train safely.
Participants may refuse or stop any activity at any time. Anyone who feels dizzy, faint, nauseated, unwell or experiences pain must stop training immediately and inform the coach. All participants must follow coaches’ instructions and use the equipment responsibly.
A parent or legal guardian must approve the participation and membership of anyone under 18.
Parents and guardians are responsible for arranging for an authorised adult to collect children promptly after class.
TS Boxing Club is not responsible for supervising minors after their scheduled class has finished or after they have left the premises.
TS Boxing Club may take photos or videos during classes and events.
Promotional use of identifiable images requires the participant’s permission or, for participants under 18, permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Media permission can be withdrawn for future photos and videos by notifying TS Boxing Club in writing.
By purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, including the payment, cancellation and membership hold policies.
